What did your "watering can" originally hold in it? Would it be safe to hold drinking water?

Isopropyl alcohol. Available at most major airports - check Craig's List for resellers, mine was 75.00 but you could probably do better.

Best not fill it that is a bit over 2000 lbs. not sure you can pull it but would be interesting to see if it could

I was feeling stupid this morning so for fun I did just that The trailer tires are about 30 years old and rated for 590#'s each, they held as did that rickety old trailer. Mower pulled it OK, even up a slight incline, so all was fine until I opened the valve..... There is an 8" diameter fill cap on the top with a rubber gasket but no vent, I caught it in time before it completely turned inside out and pounded it back into shape with a rubber mallet. Tomorrow's another day......

In my area of the Southwest, alot of people haul water from water supply points. (about a quarter for 85 gallons). These are sold all around the area as Potable water tanks.

I have one that I take with me to concrete pours if there is no well on site.
