Pulled the last of our tomatoes in the garden and hung them in the greenhouse.

Kale, beets, carrot, and squash left in the garden. Winter is coming quick.

If we have a late frost....

I might just make a few fall tomatoes. Tested some saved seed for germination several weeks back, plants grew well, and found a place in the garden. So here's hoping...

Also, have some collards, mustard and turnips coming along

I have some late Tommy Toe Tomatoes. Both at the camp and along the garden fence. The ones at the camp are in the ground {near the edge of the pond}, while the others are in pots. They are full of tomatoes, but none are red yet.

I have yet to cut up the garden for the fall greens. In order to overcome my reluctance to changing implements, I need four or five more tractors.

I am with you on the implement change. Amazing how much I think through the Whitetail Food Plot process each fall to be sure that I change implements the fewest times. I did pick up a 48 inch stout crowbar from a tool outlet in Foley, Al that has become a back saver for getting the implements in the right spot for the 3pt hitch. I recommend it. I have seen them at Tractor Supply

What is this "change implement" thing that you speak of?

My late stuff and fall produce coming along. Maybe I can at least have some good fresh fried green tomatoes and mustard greens

Those look good. I'm picking a handful of the Tommy Toe tomatoes every two three days. The skin on them is too thick for my taste, but it does help with the bugs. I'm growing them in {what was} the edge of the pond. But since we got 0 inches and 0 tenths of rain in October, the edge of the pond is a lot further away than it was.
