How do I shut it off ;-)

UPS used to be great- delivered to my door. Then they started tossing my stuff in a snowbank

That must have been about the same time they hid my new ROPS in the grass and brush beyond the right side of this picture.

It was in there for a week before it occurred to me to confirm with Hoye that it should have arrived. I started a foot search from the house out to the easement. There it was, grown over by grass, labeled just as I had asked Aaron to label it:

***** Orchard
**** Rd
City, State, zip

This is a secondary driveway for circling the house. The driver had driven right past the tractor barn to get this far.

So, what are you not telling us, and where is WMA?

Driver said UPS cut everything to the bone- He couldn't even call.. Management thinks they time study driver's moves down to the step. Literally. Whadda ya bet the studies are done in June & not February.
WMA is Western Massachusetts. Hilly & more rural.

Well I can identify in not being able to contact UPS. I found they were almost unreachable for non commercial customer service question which never did get resolved. Used to love them.

But on to the serious stuff. Thanks so much for the good conversation and pictures.

We haven't oiled or sprayed anything on the throttle yet -- but did discover if it doesn't shut down (sometimes it does) if I pull up the foot throttle with my toe ... ! Bingo, it finishes that last little bit and shuts down.

I am having a ball with it.

Yep thats because the foot throttle is a direct connect to that linkage im telling you that you could pull to shut it down, they are both connected to the same thing so either or will do it.

Yep, either free-up the mechanism or strengthen the foot throttle spring and you got a good fix.

When you get to it I know you've seen the Grease Zerk under the foot rest. That greases the Brakes and Throttle shaft. and come to think about it I forgot to check the grease gun. It's that time for the Maint. I finished up with leaf season thats the end of my yr. Time to get ready to start the New yr.
