How do I remove a lower lift arm on Kubota L3710?

I managed to break the lower arm and cannot figure out how to remove the arm from the tractor. I see one small bolt with some kind of plate but, when I remove the bolt the plate didn't move. What am I missing here?


Also, can the arm pieces be welded back, or do I have to buy a new one? Thanks!

If it is like my L3010 you have the right idea. That plate is a stop over the hole to keep the pin from sliding out. You will need to "persuade" it to move. Heat might help loosen it. It probably has been there a while.

Are you talking about the lower lift arm on the three point hitch?




Does it look like the one on my L3830? If not a picture would help.
