For fastenal training they just need to teach the employee to say, “no we don’t have that bolt but we can order it twice as expensive and twice as slow as you could somewhere else.” lol.I was discussing fastenal's pre-hire test that goes to all applicants with the fastenal store manager.
It's pretty much a personality test. 99% of the questions really won't effect you being hired.
The automatic fail question is "Have you ever considered stealing something"
The correct answer is "Yes, but i chose to do the right thing and not steal"
If you answer "No" you will not be hired by them.
If you answer "yes, I've stolen something" then you won't be hired either.
