I believe that is wheat country in general, but lentils could be there as well.

From a few weeks ago, the Zeorian Harvesting & Trucking in Montana doing wheat. I believe its winter wheat. I like her video's. The JD X9 has a 50ft head.

Mike Mitchel running an 40ft air real while combining red lentils in Saskatchewan CA. I know nothing about these air reels. Correction! Mike is going green while the rest of them are combining red lentils.

Well done presentation, especially for 1963. These were highly regarded combines and AC was a great brand until companies started cobbling each other up and killed it. The same with Oliver.

Go to 2:29 in this video to see the size of an ear of irrigated Nebraska corn. if you would have shown this to someone 50 years ago they would have said it's not real. But today it is.

And those 325 bu/acre yields of today could well be double that in the future. American creativity and determination keep making it happen.

They show very well all the work and expenses that go into those high yields.

The Sonne family is combining wet corn for there cattle.

Snaplage is common here. Putting a combine head on chopper and taking only the ears. High moisture corn(wet corn) is done here as well. Either put in a bunk or silo. I think most of it now just goes in the bunk.

Fall grain rush going on so wheat is being stockpiled at Viterra's outside pad. The truck is moving grain from the elevator bins/silos to the pad to make way for arriving wheat. It would be loading onto boats sometime. Superior, WI - October 7, 2024

Impressive photo. These storage pads are even bigger in person than they look in this photo. Look at the comparison of the grain truck on the right in the shadows.

I remember when my Dad combined soybeans with the Allis Chalmers Gleaner E without a cab. At the end of the day he would be black from the soybean dust. I don't know how his lungs handled it.
