hour meter on John Deere x740 is not working - suggestions on trouble shooting or how to remove for replacement

Before removing the instrument cluster assembly, I would trace on a schematic, the signal and inputs. Probably it is just plugged into a printed circuit behind the cluster. Is it a LCD display at the lower left of the cluster? Like my X575. Possibly vibration just loosened it? Maybe a simple fix.

How many hours on it before the meter stopped?

Yes it is a LCD display right I the middle of the cluster - showed 238 How does the cluster remove Thank you

The screens below can be easily removed to gain access to instrument cluster from attachment below.
Be careful not to condem the hour meter too soon!
