Hood alignment off

While sitting in the seat I can see the hood is not aligned correctly on my TC40D. It is not hurting anything, it just bothers me. Has anyone experienced this or maybe jinman had this part of his tractor off when he was replacing the hst bracket.

I see what you mean and that would bother me tad,but living in New Hampshire where we have so many slopes etc..and do to leaning so much riding and walking,I'm sure after a while I would grow a costume to it.

That's the one part I didn't have to remove./w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif/w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif I'd let your dealer do an adjustment. Have you ever checked the hinges with the hood raised to see if they are loose?/w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif

I will ask the dealer about it and see what they say. Jinman, when you had the black housing underneath the steering wheel off, did you notice how the blue piece above the steering wheel attached? I might tear into it myself and see what I can do. Does the factory manual show the breakdown of the entire tractor?
