Honda TRX 125

My Daughter just bought a old '86 Honda TRX 125. It says it's got a reverse, but we don't know where it's at in the shift pedal positions? She didn't get a manual or any parts book with it. We did have to replace the battery and it seems to run okay. Anyway if someone knows how to make the thing go into reverse would be appreciated. Thanks . bjr

if it's like the old 88 300 i had you press down on the red "R" button on the left hand brake lever, pull the lever back while holding dow the R.....then press down on the shift lever one time below first gear.....

so basically, R is below 1st.....

make sense?
