I looked for ever for a little toolbox for my little tractor with no luck. So my uncle and I (mainly him, he is the welder) came up with our own. Made 2 brackets that bolt on under the seat, then custom built the perfect fitting box to bolt to the brackets. Its actually really working out well. Since I get many great ideals from this forum, just thought I would share with you guys.
