By the way, I'm kidding about Atlas. He's an 85+lb Pitbull/Mastif cross and is the only one in the bunch who'd let the burglars take everything..... Don't believe everything ya see on the "news"...

Here is our security system and last week some idiot tried to force a back window in the lower level. Surprise, the dogs have the run of the house when we are gone. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Strange they never came into the house. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Why do y'all use such little security forces. We've got two nearly full blooded wolves, and a striker who's a couple of generations removed. I'll try and sneak a pic, but when they see the camera they move away. Just like good Secret Service Agents. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Oh man, my CFO would love to see a picture of them guys! Not to slander your reply, but we have no issues with small dogs:

3 Shepards (one is pure white and part wolf we suspect) - Charles, Tyr & Titan
1 Rotweiler/Irish Wolfhound cross - Kali
1 Saint Bernard - Thor
1 Aforementiond Pitbull/Mastiff - Atlas
1 Malamute/Shepard cross - Goliath!

...and the "small" dogs

1 English Bulldog - Athena
1 Bassett Hound - Loki
1 Baby Shepard - Isis
1 Chow - Tasha

Now THAT"S a security system! If i could only get 'em all to stand still for a group shot.......

11 dogs...... that isn't a security system.... that is a dung fertilizer factory!!!!!!!! Bet you have to watch were you walk in your yard......LOl....

Yah!! We have a sign:

"Watch out for the POOP!"

We have a bunch of these little doors in the ground, see, and ya put the poop down there, and put in water and magic powder, and it goes away! See, Magic!! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

The kennel gets a dose of lime and a good rototilling every couple months, too (DON'T TELL WOODS! They won't sell to me anymore...) /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Again, rescues. What are ya gonna do? Ya can't let 'em ALL be killed...what's a bit of poop and a few million dog hairs between (man's best) friends??

Those funny little things in the ground are called "Dogie Dooley" and the magic powder is called "enzyme". I have a "Four Paws Scoop" and I place them into a 5 gallon container and when it is full, I dump it in the woods...... just like the bears do... However one of your big dogs can out do my two any day.

Up until old age got him, my long haired chihuahua was the leader of the pack. He'd go out in the morning and throw one of them down to prove it to them. Had a hard time keeping up with them when it came time to chase the neighbor's dogs away though. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yah, that's them! Well, actually, I got 'em for the CFO, she hates the bucket.... They ain't that good really, I'll dig my own and make 'em out of something tougher (the plastic breaks) this spring, and bigger too!!! The enzyme stuff works great tho'....

Funny you should mention the little guy, our smallest dog is the English bulldog, and she will kick the crap out of any of the other dogs too! What is it about those little psychos? The big dogs just run away, they figure she's WAY crazier than they are!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
