Home made crane

This is a crane I made a few years ago for lifting trusses ( 53 feet wide! ) on my walls, 16' up, and was 32' tall and pick up anything, here it is inside lifting my 16" H beams that weigh 900 pounds

And here is a picture of my little storage shed

and the Warn 8,000 pound winch that does all the work

That’s pretty clever Jim. I’ll bet a 53’ truss was a heck of a load at that height. Great looking barn also.
