Hello all,

I have a bx2200 and am looking at a way to attach some type of container, caddie, or bin, whatever you want to call it. It needs to be able to hold "stuff" like a cell phone, lighter, some type of ashtray/cup, and cigar cutter. I can't seem to come up with any good ideas. Anyone here have any thoughts? I was thinking about something magnetic for the rops, but am drawing a blank on design ideas. Anyone have pictures of what you use to hold stuff on your tractor?

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

It's unreal what a good magnet can do. I had one of these easy eject magnets on a stick stuck to my ROPS. After it fell off and I ran over it I picked up the broken pieces of magnet and stuck them to the fender. I laid my t-post driver on the magnets and scotched it against a light. It stayed in place for days of bouncing around the pasture until I removed it.

HArbor freight has a number of magnetic mount trays of various designs for their toolboxes and they are pretty cheap I have one on attached to the side panel of my tractor. It works pretty good.

I mounted a toolbox onto a couple of pieces of slotted angle iron, which I secured to the ROPS with U bolts.

Here's what I use: It's a plastic mailbox held on with a couple of small bolts. Rainproof, too. Took 5 minutes and cost only a couple bucks at the local builder's supply. Here it's on the back of the tractor, but it can fit just about anywhere you are willing to drill some holes.
Good luck.
