No. All of the tractors for a specific time period are cut the same. The head is of a different shape for different runs.

I picked up a key for the M1010 and it worked. Thanks for all the help. Does that mean that the M1010 is simular to my C144?

I believe the MF 1010-1020 (1030?), Allis Chalmers 5020 and Simplicity tractor "runs" used the same ignition systems with glow plugs. Those keys interchange with each other. They also used the Toyosha engines, both 2 and 3 cylinders. I am not sure which engine is in the C-144...(Toyosha or Hinomoto ?)
