Hinomoto gear shift wobbler???

My Hinomoto E1804 wouldn't hardly go into 3rd gear so....I took the transmission cover off....all looked ok....took apart the actual shift box mechanism and atleast a dozen pieces of what felt like aluminum fell out. It looked like if you put em all back together it might resemble a half sphere??? The shifter has a spring, pin and cap cover that looks as though the "half sphere" should fit in..... A friend said the destroyed part was a "wobbler". Anybody familiar with what I'm describing and where I might find a replacement??? Put everything back together after cleaning parts and now tractor goes into 3rd but DOES NOT LIKE to go into reverse......HELP!!!
