3-Point Hitch Hinomoto E2004 3 point hitch

I am trying to set up a 3 point hitch on my Hinomoto E2004. There has been some makeshift welding done where the stabilizers attach to the tractor and the stabilizers are somewhat of a home grown combination of chain and bolts. Needless to say the arms sway too much and hit the tires.

I am trying to understand the proper attachment of the stabilizers to the E2004.
Where should they attach?
Does anyone know where I might find a source of parts?
Does anyone have a photo?
Any info would help.

the std e2004 3pt is wimpy looking but quite strong i've not broke it yet..

the sway links + turnbuckle i found to be too long i cut the ring that holds it to the rear axle mounts and simply put a bolt thru the link i have some pics if you have an email address. only way to get them off the tires as i tried alot of tricks short of 300$ for modified links that are lighter duty than those on it..
