High pitch noise from Trans or Rear

I have a Kubota L245DT over 20 years old and just started hearing a noise only when in low reverse gear. All other gears forward and reverse seem to be fine. Can anyone advise me what might be causing this or what to do?

Anytime I hear a noise I usually have to add fluid. Good luck.Hope it's that simple.

And JohnThomas, When using low reverse I can smooth out my driveway better than I could with my scraper. But thanks for the imput.

I had a high pitched noise like that once in my truck , stopped and let the wife out and the noise stopped .
Might be a bearing or like of fluid on one .
