Chinese HID bulb color temperature will vary with manufacturer, and even between batches with the same manufacturer, or so I've read from others who have done the conversion and had a bulb blow. Some manufacturers' 4300k bulbs have a bit of a blue tint to them and some are just about pure white. Quality varies quite a bit on that side of the pond.
