Hi names mark hows it going. I have a international td9 dozer 1950??? and I'm trying to get it started it has sat for 15+ years. the motor will tarn over by hand. I was going to take the head off and clean it out sum water has got in there and the carburetor is frozen up to. so should i do next. Just trying to get it running for now. thanks mark.

I would pull the oil drainplug and all the transmission and hyd drainplugs and check for water before I went any further. If you do find water, try to get an idea how much comes out and if it was enough to be deep enough in the housings to have immersed bearings and such.
