Gary,
Very Nice......the house is so rustic and natural. Have always wanted to build one like that. Have built a few spec homes - almost generic ranch plans, but that is a beauty compared to the cookie cutter stuff I have done in the past.
That driveway looks like it may require maintenance for the first couple of years, which is half the fun. Sure eventually it will pack down hard. I would love to start mine over again as it is 50/50% pond clay and gravel. Not nearly as good as your base.
Incidently - Shifter roll pin on your YM...those guys are right, but spring and nylon bushing on two of mine were changed, and of course the roll pin swap I did automatically. Good Luck with your projects, Mark777

good morning mark,
good to see you posting, i know all is going well. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
the roadway is what they call SB2 in this area, packs like concrete, they use it for oil field related service roads, $374 for 14 yds. it is about 4 inches thick up around the house and don't forget, there was already a 700' red iron ore road on the property when i bought it, this is just a continuation of that road. i will put more of the SB2 on the red road to cut the dust later /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
