Tractor
JD 5203, JD 3720, JD 4110, JD 445, IH 1586, IH 886, IH 404......
Gentlemen,

I have a new set of front and rear ag tires and rims that were take offs from a 4110. I had them on my 4110 about 10 hours. The 4110 is a lawn only tractor now and the tires have been hanging in my barn for 2 years. They are in like new condition and do not show wear. I am thinking of putting them on craigslist? but don't know whats resonable....

Thanks for any help.

Will those tires and rims fit other JD models, too? Like the 2000 series?

You'd have a much larger potential customer base...

I am unsure. I will have to get the tire size, bolt pattern, and hub size and check it out...

I got my 4 Turf specials and Wheels all for $700 bucks, and they were almost brand new - they had been sitting at a dealership for about 1 year and they had not successfully sold them on ebay and so I called them up and offered $700 - they bit and I bought.

A couple of months back somebody sold a set of 4110 ag tires and rims on ebay. Same situation, low hours and taking up space in the barn. I am pretty positive they went for around $250 for the set.

I think 1000 might be high. These will also fit a 2320... Helk, I offered a guy on this site to sell them for 200, and i would pallet them up and get them to a shipping co, where the freight was less than 120 bucks... Never heard back... Dunno what to do with them... Maybe I should start building a dune buggy type thing and use them...:D

Can you post pics of the tires here?? Where are you located??

I suggest you look at the rims and get the sizing info codes for both front and rear.
It is stamped, usually somewhere near the valve hole.
Write that up along with the tire sizes and advertise them as a set that will fit any tractor that takes those rims.
Other manufacturers use those rims, or Deere use generic rims, whichever way round you want to think of it.
Point is potential buyers who are owners of (whatever) tractors can do the look-up to find out if they're suitable.
