Box Scraper help with pins

Hi everyone I am totally new to this tractor stuff i have a nh tc24d and i just pick up a box blade and the statioary pins ar on the inside where the 3pt would hook up so do i disconnect the side sliver color stable links or move the pins to the outside of box blade .

Move the pins to the outside of the box as with all other equipment.

I agree I don't know why they ship them that way must be a shipping issue.
