Help with broken 3 point sprayer.

I need some help so I'm coming here to ask you guys. Like a fool I hit a tree while spraying and broke one of the spray arms off and now I'm looking for a place to buy a new one. I may be able to make the pipe work, but the tube and fittings that go inside may be a little difficult to make, so I was wondering if any of you would know of a place that would sell one. The problem I think I'm going to have is I don't have any serial numbers or names on the sprayer except it looks like it was sold by the Landmark Feed Store years ago. The store is still there, but it now has a different name and the people working there have no clue as to replacement parts. It looks like the tubing is 3/8" I.D. with the fitting soldered on. Because of the soldered fittings I think it would be best to try and find a factory made tube. I'm open to all suggestions and ideas. Thank you in advance. RRM

Maybe I am missing something but there a picture of the both broken tube parts? I would think you could repair it with a brass brazing rod and a torch.

I think the best bet is to adapt a new boom assembly to that tank. The link from Earplugs above had a 12 ft boom for something like $475 or so.
