I am looking for ideas on a new cutter for my 5303. I have had a TW84 that was ok but the 7' single spindle was a booger on the lift with only rear steering. Currently I am using a 286 bush hog wich cuts great but takes forever to get anything done.
My question here is can the 5303 handle something like a lighter duty bush hog 2010 or woods ds120?
I feel either of these would be more easier on the lift with the weight being closer to the tractor rather than the 7' single spindle deck.
Also how would the pto be affected in going from a single spindle to a multi spindle?
