My uncle got a price of $20,300 for a 4400, MFWD, turfs, w/ the 703 loader.....this was in NH....I have no experienced with kubota so i figured i would ask you guys what you thought..thanks a lot

Priced that tractor with AG tires and FEL for $20,000 with one dealer and $19,795 with another. Previous post here show folks getting prices for closer to $19,000

Thanks, maybe you can answer this, besides being able to choose a transmission what are the other reasons to go with the Grand L equvilant? We ere given a price of 23,000 with the same equipment but w/ GST,.... but we couldn't figure out what other differnces their were from the brochures.....

Can't help you with that one, I was led to the 4400 by the dealers as a more economical and never priced a grand L. I liked the MX5000 as well for about $2,200 more.

I paid $19,000 with a loader

I think 19,300 for mine, but that was one year ago this month in Missouri.

If compare manual transmissions, the Grand L is fully synchronized so you can shift on the fly. I believe the Grand L can take the BH 90 backhoe and the 4400 can't. I think the steering is different also. Grand L is hydrostatic.
