help with 3930 pump leak

can any one tell me what needs to be done to fix this leak on my 3930 ? It looks to be where the metal tube comes from the pump and goes into whatever.. Maybe you can tell by the pic...


Its not a BAD leak, but it needs fixed but I don't know if its o-ringed or what for sure...any help would be appreciated

If you haven't found the solution already, the oring on the pressure tube is leaking. To remove the tube, there is a snap ring on it that must be removed, then the tube can be pushed up into the flow control valve. The oring and backup rings on the lower end can be replaced at this point. To completely remove the tube will require the hydraulic pump, lower housing, after the oil is drained from the rear axle.

I appreciate your response, I did finally find the diagram needed that showed o-ring and such but mine doesn't look exactly like the pics as far as the tube and snap rings. The pic shows a snap ring and some kind of spacer or something and mine just has a small snap ring. The leak is coming from the "control valve" side more than the pump side but I did not see an o-ring on the upper side. Do I need to replace the tube and all you think? And as far as "flow control valve", mine has no knob on it and the diagram does not show one with out knob so am I looking at it wrong or do I just have an oddity piece or what do I have??? Can't seem to find much info on what I have..

The tube should be the same whether with or without the flow control. The tube isn't the problem. It should have an oring and backup ring on each end. You have the manifold without the flow control, which looks out of position in the parts book. The pump would still have to be removed to change the oring and backup ring on the top of the tube.
