I have a new TC-45D (~15 hours on it) and the forward pedal has begun to stick (makes a squeaking sound and doesn't return to neutral when released). I have greased every fitting I can find and sprayed some lithium grease on the roller and cam assembly, without affecting the problem.

Any suggestions?

Yes,

There is a return spring which may be adjusted to pull the pedal back to neutral. Look under the operator platform in the general vacinity where you have been greasing the linkages. It is pretty obvious under there. Tighten it and test it the effect so that you don't have to press the pedal too hard. I had to tighten my TC35D pedal just a bit to remove the problem that you have described. Good luck,

Peter

I know there is only a slim chance of this, but when your pedal sticks, make sure your cruise control switch is turned off. One time I inadvertently turned on cruise and my pedal kept "sticking" until I turned cruise off. /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif
