Help please

I have a 3140 John deer and lift arms will not go down will raise but won’t lower but will leak down when tractor is off and I have tried everything y’all have suggested short of taking it completely apart any new ideas?

have you tried the valve under the seat. That got me once.

Yes was the first thing I checked nothing happened. What happens if you unscrew it all the way out? The draft control lever is somewhat froze up and I had to use a crowbar to move it up so I could hook the lever back up do you think this might have something to do with the problem?

Is 3pt control lever rearward & your unable to move forward? If so sounds as if cam follower(shaded part)is broken or out of correct location in 3pt control linkage.
