checked fluid is full

Good question

I hear that EVERY hydro has a filter, even the cheapies. Generally it is a screen that MAY only be accessible by splitting the case. Maybe there is enough fluid flow at idle but stops up when in high volume. Maybe the oil needs to be changed as well. I hope this helps.
