Help NH. Workmaster 33!

Have a 2016 new holland workmaster 33. Tach is not working has 200hrs on it. Starts revs high. Then shuts off. Does anyone have a idea?

Only Idea I have is to check directly below the gauges for a rats nest. I helped trouble shoot my nephews workmaster 40 that was acting all kinds of weird. We pulled the gauge cluster and found a nest with several wires chewed through and several more skinned of the insulation.

Tach is working now. But it will start runs for 1-2 seconds that shuts off. But will fire back up and do the same thing. start it rpms will shoot up with throttle down in the down position.

Is the tractor in limp mode? Are there blinking lights on the dash?
