Greetings after 2 years of nothing but disappointment with the workmaster 75 between breakdowns and PTO issues which I've had another threads I figured I'd start a new thread to ask some questions about the new Power Star 120. If anyone out there has one I love to know if you know the interior pretty well and where I can grab some 12 volt power for some external lights that I'm going to put on the loader already mounted the lights just looking for some good key power inside perhaps has the interior cabin manual I just don't feel like spending $800 on it thanks in advance if anyone can help. I also put my own beacon on the dealer had one of those brackets that takes one of those lights that pops on and off it fit absolutely perfect looks Factory much cheaper than new Holland's $790 for something that plugs into a cigarette lighter anyway ridiculous. The biggest thing I can report is the tractor absolutely has the most perfect PTO I've ever seen comes up slow and shuts off slow no rapid bangs like the 75 did workmaster hoping for the best but you never know in life at least it might be on the farm for two years rather than being dragged to the dealer every 4 months for something else going wrong could imagine owning that thing without a warranty you'd go broke here's some pictures of the tractor and the lights that I put on the loader and the new Beacon take care

The beacon really saved me a fortune that bracket was only $19 and it's like it was made to be there it perfectly sticks up above the top of the roof for winter snow blowing and easily can be removed and it's LED New Holland is still using bulbs for the spinning motor terrible

A few more updates really enjoy the new tractor lots of power love the PTO slow on slow off. I've also taken off the factory front cab lights which I find ridiculous that they're right in the side of you looking out the glass I moved them to the side with my own brackets much stronger and of course larger LED lights for the price of these tractors it's hard to believe they don't just put LEDs on them. Here's a few pictures anyone else out there it really works well the little brackets I made using the bolt that holds the side mirror on moves the light out of your vision and perfectly adjustable much better location and still well within the tractors safety zone not to get ripped off

Yes it's a nice tractor it's really not that much bigger than the workmaster overall just a little more flow on the Hydraulics and of course the engine horsepower being a four-cylinder. If I had to do it again and I had really planned to buy a tractor instead of just dealing with the problems of the workmaster. I honestly would have bought the T5 you can actually find one without all the bells and whistles almost the same price as the Power Star 120 you get a little bigger of a frame a larger loader a little more room to work on it under the hood and you will never find yourself saying I wish I had smaller tractor. This will definitely handle everything I need at this point in my life. It's just a shame that New Holland can't get the workmaster straightened out with the little quirks and problems I guess they called them Growing Pains I really think there's a lot of things they could fix to make it a really reliable tractor take care
Wiring the lights on the loader today I found an interesting thing inside New Holland ran the wire for the side markers without any loom or any protection going through a sharp protrusion of Steel. I would give that about 2 years before It would cut through and then your lights wouldn't work it just is amaze me regardless of the price of the tractor these things can't be overlooked with a piece of equipment that bounces through fields. So I updated it myself and ran some Loom inside on top of protecting my wires I ran through the tube

Well so far I can report that the tractor's been excellent needs a little adjusting of the clutch but the dealer will take care of that there is some procedure in the manual that states how you set it up with the computer screens and allow it to running calibration test but considering it has to go back anyway and have a new hood put on it I'll let them worry about it. Oh yeah the only problem it's had so far is there's a crack in the hood don't know if it happened during transport or at dealer. I think it's actually where the hood is closing the Piston is too strong and you're cracking the hood at the hinges not a big deal either way if that's the only problem I have with this tractor I'll be more than satisfied LOL it's always something .The loader it's incredible what a difference a little more flow and weight of the tractor and frame size makes I actually enjoy using it now looking down sight to Grapple is much easier on this tractor due to the large windshield and glass area with included height of the cab. It's actually funny I thought it would be a impossible looking through the larger loader arms. However mounting attachments is much easier because you can look down and see the edges of the skid steer bracket quite amazing and when you clutch by yourself it's so smooth and beautiful I actually forgot what it's like shifting and driving a tractor that actually responds like a car. Don't know if it has to do with the extra horsepower or the four-cylinder just having so much low end torque it definitely moves at a much quicker speed in mid-range almost 6 mph in 4th gear. You have a lot of speed and torque to get things done in 3rd and 4th gear you can actually start off in third gear without any problems and you're already going 0 to 4.4 mph and then if you shift to Fourth you can go from 5 to almost 7 miles an hour high range is just ridiculous but still usable in first gear started off mowing no problem but going nearly 9.5 mph it's a little too quick for my fields LOL.
