I'm going to try to lift and flip the top wing over with my jacks and some posts.

I'm sure you will figure it out as you go. Just don't allow yourself to take any risks out of desire to "get it done". My worst events were all created by that motivation.

perhaps you need a larger tractor then yours with a FEL and use FEL to give the flipped wing a push as you work the hydrualics to go up hill. Maybe the combined efforts would be enough.

Update. My brother and I got it flipped back over yesterday afternoon. It wasn't as bad as I was afraid it would be. We barely had room to get a truck on the levee eased up to the back left corner. We used a come along to get it started over. Then eased back with the truck, down with the hydraulics and back with the tractor and it came on over. No known damage.

Good job. I have been in similar situations. Do not try to wash and save your underwear, burn them.
