Help me make a choice!

I have about 1 1/2 acres of flat land that I just bought to build on and want to buy a new Cub. I have been looking at the LT2180 and the GT2521. I will use it mainly for mowing but I am also interested in the front dozer blade for leveling sand and smoothing my rock driveway. I don't know much about the blade... is it adjustable up and down? How does it attach? Is it easy to take on and off? Any suggestions would be appreciated. This will be my first riding tractor since right now I have 1/4 acre lot and mow with a Honda self propelled walk behind.

I am not familiar with this new line of lawn equipment, but generally speaking, the GT versions have a stronger frame and larger tires which majes it more suited for ground-engaging implements. What is the price difference?

Along with the larger tires and frame, the"25" series has a cast iron rear end that will aid in longevity.

As far as the blade, they are adjustable up and down, right to left.

I have never installed one, so i cannot comment on the degree of difficulty of installation.

Thank for the input. The list price is $1000 difference. But as riches139 mentioned, it has the 150lb. cast iron rear axle. It also has a 21 horse Vangaurd instead of an 18, bigger tires, thicker deck and a few other options. I don't mind spending the extra if I'll be happier... however I don't want to buy more than I need.

I'm also open to other brand suggestions but from what I've seen so far, the bang for the buck goes to Cub Cadet. Thanks for everyones info.
