By the way what did you do in the Navy? I was also in for only 4 as machinest Mate. (1957-61)

Lee, I was a missile fire control technician and worked on guided missile radar and computer systems. You were in several years before me. I joined in 1967. I'm amazed at the new ships since I got out. You must really see a difference. Today's sailors should have to serve two weeks on one of those old WWII tin cans just so they could appreciate today's ships.
