Picked up the beast Saturday. the dealer is really great. Let us borrow their trailer for the 2 trips it took to our new home site to deliver. Took tractor / loader / backhoe first. Then - when we got there - we disconnected the backhoe in less than 15 minutes - amazingly well engineered. Back to pick up the forks and the rotary cutter.
Went with the mid range rotary cutter for a heavier duty attachment. And another brand for the forks. Used the forks and the tractor to take the rotary cutter off the trailer - took a few minutes to swap the bucket for the forks, and then strap and lift the cutter - but worked great.
Already moved some rocks, filled in some holes in the driveway, and loaded 2000 ft of fiber optic cable into the truck and pulled that cable down the hill.
A great experience and thank you all for the help. So far - very impressed.

Congratulations, I think you made the exact right choice. Very glad you didn't let your specific narrow-widths preferences dictate the size and capacity of machine you need. I dunno, looks like a whole lot of space to operate that beast in the top pic anyway! haha. Keep this thread updated with your impressions and results, if you don't mind!
