2007 Kubota L4240
Can anyone tell me what 1/2" male quick connect I need for the remotes on a 2007 Kubota L4240? My Kubota dealer sold me the standard Pioneer nipple type connectors, but there is almost zero flow thu them. I don't think they know what I needed.

Thanks in advance,

Contact Snap-Tite corp. They may be able to help you.
Are they factory or added later by some-one?
I have a L4240 but not that connector.Pioneer is what John Deere uses I think.Mine are Hansen.

Thanks for the quick reply.. I bought the tractor used, so I'm not really sure, but they look factory installed - except for the unusual female quick connector. I've never seen one with the hollow 'pin' in the center. If I can't find the correct male side, I guess I could just remove the female couplers from the clamp and replace them with the standard Pioneer poppet type.

Get the poppet type male ends and you should be good to go. You have the factory Kubota outlets. ;)

Looks just like the ones on our L3830 which takes 1/2" Pioneer couplings. Works with either ball or poppet style connectors.

I also thought the picture looks like the standard Pioneer Ag type to me. What are you connecting via these fittings? The listing below shows 12 GPM flow on every style. 12 GPM is plenty if you are are just activating cylinders. How many GPM does your pump have?

Edit
The listing below shows that the L4240 a 9.8 GPM pump. So a 12 gpm fitting wouldn't be a problem as I see it.

This is what they are...just the typical modern "universal" quick connects. Get 'em anywhere.

The OP did not say that his didn't work, just that they didn't flow very much. He has the ball type ends and if he would get the poppet type ends the flow would increase.

I have the exact setup on two Kubotas that look exactly like that and have no probs with ball-type setup.

You might have a flow problem independent of the connector compatibility...either in the female connectors themselves (or one of them) or in the lines or other plumbing.
