Help !! Front wheel drive not engaging

Hi folks , owner of a 2019 CK3510 . My issues are as follows ,

1. Front wheel drive will not engage . The shifter pulls smoothly but no front wheel engagement .

2. Locked shifter for posi- traction on rear wheels .

I gave both a visual look but I'm like Stevie wonder ..... With tools .

Any and all tips and tricks are appreciated ! Thanks in advance and no , i don't have a manual available . i did change out the gear oil !

Can you give us some more details? Like how do you know that the front isn’t engaging, how many hours on the tractor, why did you change the gear oil….etc.

Ive been on a slight slope , front wheel wont engage.so i used the bucket to get me back on flat land . I watched the front wheels as the bucket.raised.them off the.ground. No movement forward or reverse . Approximately 550 hours . I changed the fluid as a precaution . 80w90 .

Yeppers, something isn’t right. Any warranty remaining?

I would check the splined couplers (#4) on the driveshaft for the front axle. Sometimes the roll pin (#3) will walk out and the coupler with slide and disengage from the shaft.

This assuming the lever is working as it should and moving the full travel.

I'll check that out today , i was able to rotate the driveshaft freely when i first looked . Thanks !
