2025 John Deere 3033R
Regenerating some old farmland that I recently purchased. Have a new John Deere 3033R and am trying to figure out how to install a third valve set up on this tractor. Summit hydraulics sent me the kit to do this but no real instructions. If anyone has done this before, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded from a 1025R compact tractor to this new tractor and I installed that 3rd valve on the John Deere 1025R in about 3 hours. Can’t seem to figure out his new hydraulic system. Please help.

Moved from the city to a very rural area so everything is new to me. But love my new life here with my donkeys, chickens and goats. Wish I would have done this my whole life,

New Virginia farm owner

Im in the little town of Eastville Virginia out on the Eastern Shore which is called the Delmarva Peninsula. Been here about 8 years now and just getting my little farm going. Just love this lifestyle

I'm in S.Central Va. I thought if you were closer I could show how I installed third valve on mine.

Oh thank you so mush for the offer. Im gonna try to tackle this starting tomorrow morning. Hoping all goes well. Hard to believe that no one has done a YouTube video on this yet.

I don't know if pictures help, but this is how I did it. I wasn't concerned with pretty but function.
In back of tractor is power beyond. A long cloth covered hose (T), male end goes into a female coupling (P).
On control valve I put a female coupling on "T" port so long cloth covered hose connects into it.
Same with valve "P" port, a separate 3ft hose goes there to power beyond female "P".
"N" valve connector not used is capped off.
The top two valve ports I had hoses made which go to my top link, also about 3ft. long each.
Front hydraulics (grapple) I replaced FEL knob with one with a rocker switch. This goes to solenoid block that has two top ports (I used two hoses one male, one female connector).
Those hoses about 3ft long and loop around brush guard. Again...I'm not trying for pretty.
Power to solenoid I put a two pin connector on it so unplug when not in use...positive is the female one, doesn't matter if male touches ground. I used a 20A blade fuse right at battery.
I'll post pictures in next reply, hope it helps.

Front. Bottom of solenoid block long hoses go all the way to tractor back. You'll use lots of zip ties.
