Hi my names Lee & I am a Tree Surgeon. I was born in Liverpool,(many years ago lol), then moved to Dorset 6 years ago where I set up my own Tree Surgery business and last December we moved to our current home which is a farm in Devon. I own a 1970 Ford 3000 that I mainly use with a log splitter attached and I hope to,(slowly), bring the tractor back to a good condition but I think it's going to be a long haul. Look forward to talking to you guys & getting some good advice.

Welcome Lee, advice here may not go along with your initial way of thinking, although in the end can be very beneficial! So you are a tree surgeon, which suggests to me that you may actually save some trees along the way rather than just cutting them down....:) any truth in that?

Hi, if I think a tree can be saved then I will always try to talk the customer out of having it removed,(this has actually cost me jobs in the past), but at the end of the day if the customer is adamant that he/she wants it felled then either I do it or someone else will. I have personally planted way over 5,000 trees myself though including those on a job I was in charge of planting 60,000 for a community woodland so hopefully this goes some way to redeeming myself lol
