I'm using this resource to help me research and purchase a compact utility tractor. I'm currently trying to decide between John Deere 4066r cab hst, Kubota Grand L6060 and the Kioti NX6010 HST Cab for use around my house, acreage and 0.5 mile driveway. I really appreciate all the folks who have been posting their experience with each of these tractors.

Welcome to TBN & the forum. Been 35+ years since I lived up your way. FWIW - you can't go wrong with any of those units you are looking at. Check out the dealership and their service dept. Its always nice to know you have a good dealer backing up your purchase.
