Hi Everyone,
I've been reading and learning a lot from the posts on TBN for a few weeks now and finally joined the forum. I'm looking for a tractor to replace my aging LX279 lawn tractor. The new machine would primarily be used to maintain our 2.5 acre property mainly for cutting grass and snow removal for a long driveway. As budget allows, I would eventually purchase a FEL.
I've narrowed down my choices to two machines: JD 2320 and the yet to be released JD 1026R. I'm leaning toward the 2320, since it's been around for a few years, it's available now, and JD is running a promo to save $1,000 off of a 2320 or 2520 with a purchase of two or more implements.
We live on an apple orchard with a fleet of larger tractors, but it's possible that the new machine would be also used for occasional farm work.
I'm looking forward to learning more from TBN members.
