Hello from a new Branson 2400h owner.

I just went and looked at my 2400H. I did not lay on the ground to confirm but fairly confident that 45 degree fitting in the banjo bolt is the power beyond - pressure supply line to the 3 point. In looking at how the lift - lower lever operates it does not rotate the control arm - spool very much so kind of hard to tell if it is moving.
Have you looked real close to see if the linkage is actually turning the lift lower valve. The lever does not attach directly to control spool on mine but has a "U" shaped bracket that moves a pin that turns the spool via additional linkage. Possible the cobbler changed something a tad when he added the 45 degree fitting.
As point of reference : On mine feed back lever has approx 1/4 - 5/16" of threads exposed on end past lock nut.

I'm going to remove the 3ph valve assembly and check these levers for damage this evening. I may be able to run the tractor if I keep the supply line connected and test the positioning valve.

That 3 point control diagram certainly looks different than my 2400H. I guess before I started pulling valves I try and confirm the lever is rotating the control valves and possibly even study how designed to move and try moving by hand some to see if they turn.

Do you know when this worked last? I.e. previous owner used the 3 point?

The only differences I see between our tractors is mine has a hydraulic hose supplying pressure and your's has a hard line. Mine has the banjo bolt head drilled and tapped for pressure take of and your's works and mine doesn't. 🤣

Nothing looks bent or damaged on the internal position or feedback arms.

The original owner installed this winch to raise and lower the 3ph. One of my previous posts mentioned the claw hammer I found jammed in the position lever and that it had bent the lever so it didn't engage the valve control arm.

I'm going to attach the pressure line and see what kind of mess I can make.

Ok now I am really curious on how is the winch operated and why was it installed to operate the 3 point.

Hopefully you won’t make to big of a mess.

He put a winch switch.

I found scuffing on this rod on the valve spool. Going to buff it out.

His wife said he was a hack? Yup. What the hell

Maybe dumb question but did the previous owner by chance block that banjo fitting when he put the elbow in so no oil is getting to the 3 point? That is the only way he could have gotten flow - pressure out the 45 degree other than while lifting a load on the 3 point. Would explain winch and none working 3 point and winch.
I certainly hope not but who knows….

This is the one where the previous owner installed a winch to lift and lower the 3-pt hitch.

It is absolutely wild what people will do to solve a problem.

I didn't get a chance to start the tractor last night as it was getting late.

I had found a manual for setting this valve but can't seem to find it again.

The two levers, positioning and feedback, both need to be connected for the spool to move. If only one is connected the internal arm just pivots.
