what is a good size for a ''headache'' rack for pallet forks on the 425 series. going to fabricate one for my forks just unsure how tall or wide to make it. thinking of using a slip in style configuration to ease removal if neccessary and possible other options ie: boom pole. suggestions ? ideas?

Mine is 42". It's 5000 lb. rated and on an 100hp ag tractor though. I guess what you are planning to pick up with it (height of the load) and if it is bundled or loose material should guide you to an appropriate height.

bars to keep the load from slipping through to give you a headache...so named from the back of flatbed trucks where the load might go through the back of the cab...

All the best,

Peter
