Hayloft redo

Want a solid floor on my hayloft to store light equipment and attachments for my 40 hp Ford. Center bay is 2 in. lumber. Remainder is 1 in. oak and other with lots of cracks that let dust and crap fall on stuff on lower level.
I am thinking of using moisture resistant Georgia-Pacific DryMax 3/4 in. t&g OSB
I have a few roof leaks, likely pigeon hunter misses.
Thoughts?

Fix the roof first.

My grandfathers old barn had board and batten floors in the hay loft. I think it was a cheap way to fix the shrunken floor boards.
