I was over at a friends farm a while back and he was saying he needed to replace some hay rake teeth as they were bent. I made him a set of staightners like my dad used to keep on the tractor in hay season. Just get two pieces of 1/2 in pipe about 10 or 12 in long and drill a hole in the side about 1/2 in from the end of each. put the tooth through the holes, no need to remove from rake, with one pipe just over the bend and one under. Line up the pipes with the bend and pull pipes apart or push them together to straighten the tooth. keep the teeth from rubbing as that will cause a v shape to be ground into the side of the tooth causing breaks. A larger set might work on the tedder teeth but i don't know. Hope this helps someone.
