Hello ,Glad I found you guys.We have a small tree farmer in Loxahatchee Fl, we also have a couple Kubota tractors .. M5040 and a B7800.
I could really use some suggestions on how to take the Hydraulic pressure off the system in order to connect a Grapple to the front end.
Does Kubota make any type of pressure release valve? Is there after market add on I could install?

I find the best way to relieve hydraulic pressure is to operate the valve while the tractor is off.

G'day Mate and welcome to TBN from Downunder.

As wagne223 suggests, you need to fully relieve the pressure in the 3rd function lines to easily attach (and remove) those hydraulic couplers. That means, turning the tractor OFF, working the joystick in all 4 directions/planes and then working the 3rd function button/joystick in its 2 directions/planes. You should hear a "clunk" when that happens = the pressure is relieved.

As wagne223 suggests, I do that to relieve the pressure every time I turn the tractor off.

Yup me too--On the tractor and RTV..If you don't, them suckers are tough. If it's sitting in the hot sun, it's 10x worse.
