Having a hard time finding dust caps for the couplers

Thanks Aaron - at least someone can work their way around a hydraulic system and make sense of what is there !

Well, I came up with a temp but decent solution for the female coupler. I'll still keep an eye out for the correct plug that goes inside the female coupler.

Thank you all for your inputs.

JJ, right on. With the internet now at our fingertips these things should get resolved quick. The OP never did tell us what the brand name and part number his QCs are. Wow, Amazing

Ron,

I'm not sure if I'm reading the description correctly but I think this is what it says: FRESTEA NV38 38SAE F-12MO, Made in Italy.

Cheers.

Alia,

Appears all the posters on this thread were recommending workarounds. What does your tractor dealer say? They may be your only source for foreign made parts even though they probably mark them up 100% or more. I only go the the dealer when that happens or the item is made by them exclusive to a product.

You can bet the tractor dealers are buying from venders.

I don't think Kubota and JD make their own.

Go to ebay. look up "Thesmartfarmer". he has 1/2 and 3/8 inch caps and plugs.
When you buy now, or bid, you have to let him know what size you need.

good luck
Tom

That's a really good deal. I've been able to find caps but not color-coded, and very expensive.

I have ISO Ag connectors, Parker 4000s which are ISO 5675. Do those connectors work for them?

You might try here: McMaster-Carr
Plain vinyl caps are pretty inexpensive. The caps with hanger eye look almost ideal if the diameter fits.

How about just rinsing them off before you connect you attachments? a little WD40 or? not that big a deal.
