I need to upgrade the hydraulics on the Allis. Is there a replacement pump to give more GPM to operate a loader. Is it an open system or a closed?
have an Allis 5040 in sad shape and a John Deere 401B slightly better

I believe there are some options available, both through Agco, and aftermarket. If you're interested, we can discuss a few.
