On sunday I was getting the tractor ready for it's springtime dutys. I needed to spread fert and get my finish mower cleaned and ready. After removing the backhoe and starting to put the three point Arms on, realized I am stuck.

Didn't think the swivel ball would come out that easy. Wrong. After a short search I couldn't find it. Called Deere, they don't sell just the ball. $250 for whole arm?!?! Really?? I will be doing a more thorough search or going to tsc to find a replacement. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone?

Must have been a pretty good lick to get that to pop out.
Maybe worth a metal detector rental to see if you can find it.

That is a good idea! I have a civil war buff friend with a detector. My mistake was throwing them around. Must be more careful.

While trailering my 3320 I misplaced one of the balls. You definatly can buy just the ball. Your dealer's out of his mind. I now put a lynch pin in the ball when ever it's not attached to my Imatch.

The ball part number is T21901. At least I assume it is for your 4310? Should be around $35 - $40.

Glad to hear that you found it.
I suppose there is no way to peen that edge over to add more lip?
I guess you only have to worry about losing it when the it isn't mounted on the rockshaft lift arms.
