Does anyone have any info on a Harvey Hammer Mill H9. I can not get the grain to go up after it has been crushed. It just piles up at the bottom. I know some of them use a fan but this one doesn't have one and not sure if its missing or doesn;t need one. It is a PTO drive. Thanks in advance.
